2026 Explore, plan and take your next step with confidence

Not sure what’s next in your career? You’re not alone. Whether you’re starting out, changing direction, or looking to build new skills, the State Government’s Jobs and Skills Centres (JSCs) offer free support to help you move forward with confidence.

JSCs play an important role in supporting Western Australia’s evolving workforce. Strong growth across priority industries – including construction, healthcare and social assistance, clean energy, defence, and advanced manufacturing – is driving demand for skilled workers.

From major infrastructure projects to the expansion of renewable energy and increasing demand in care and community services, there are more opportunities than ever to build a secure and meaningful career in WA. JSCs can help you understand where these opportunities are emerging and what skills you need to access them.

With 19 locations across the State, JSCs bring together training advice, job search support, and industry insight in one place. When you visit, you’ll speak with experienced career advisors who will work with you to map out a pathway aligned to your goals.

Support includes career planning, resume and interview guidance, training and course advice, and pathways into apprenticeships and traineeships. JSCs can also connect you with employers and help you navigate today’s job market.

Support is inclusive and accessible, with Aboriginal engagement officers providing culturally responsive guidance.

Find out more by visiting the TAFE and JSC exhibits at sites 12, 13 and 49 of the expo, call 13 64 64, or visit jobsandskills.wa.gov.au/skillsready to explore your options.
